1. Who We Are
Turner America Insurance ("we," "us," "our") is an independent insurance brokerage based in Atlanta, GA, operated by Jonathan Turner. This policy explains how we handle information collected through turneramericains.com, our free financial assessment tool, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and mailing address (for example, through our contact form, a quote request, or a Facebook ad).
- Financial and insurance information you choose to share as part of a financial assessment, quote request, or application — such as income, existing coverage, financial goals, and health information relevant to underwriting.
- Account information if you create an account in our assessment/CRM tool, including your responses and financial health score.
- Usage data collected automatically, such as pages visited and general device/browser information, via Google Analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, or schedule a call.
- To run your financial assessment and generate your personalized results.
- To match you with the right coverage and connect you with the appropriate licensed agent on our team.
- To send you the educational content, recommendations, or follow-up you've requested.

- To meet legal, regulatory, and insurance-licensing requirements.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is used internally, by Turner America Insurance's own agents and managers, to serve you.
The one necessary exception: if you decide to apply for a specific insurance product, your application information is shared with the insurance carrier who underwrites and issues that policy — that's an unavoidable part of actually getting you coverage, not a data sale. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host, email delivery provider, and CRM/database provider), all of whom are bound to use it only to provide their service to us, and as required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
5. Advertising & Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We also run advertising campaigns, including on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). If you reach us through an ad, we may receive information about that referral (such as which ad you clicked), but we do not sell the information you submit to us to advertising networks. You can control cookie and ad-tracking preferences through your browser and your Meta/Facebook ad settings.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we have about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information or close your account.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time (service-related messages may still be sent).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information — noting again that we do not sell personal information. Georgia residents and residents of other states have similar rights to access, correct, and request deletion of their information under applicable state law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
